QUICK LESSONS:
Be mindful and respectful during prayer by maintaining a dignified posture .

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith narrates that the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ was seen praying while sitting cross-legged. This is a reminder to us that we should be mindful of our posture when we are in prayer and not just stand or sit in any way. We should strive to maintain a dignified and respectful posture when we are engaging in prayer, as this is an act of worship and reverence towards Allah SWT. It also teaches us the importance of being mindful of our physical health, as it may not always be possible for us to stand for long periods during prayer due to physical limitations or other reasons. Therefore, it is permissible for one to pray while sitting cross-legged if they cannot stand due to any reason.
