QUICK LESSONS:
Remembering Allah through prayer even during special occasions like 'Eid.

EXPLANATIONS:
On the day of 'Eid, Muslims gather to celebrate and give thanks to Allah for His blessings. It is narrated that Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) led his followers in prayer before delivering a sermon known as a khutbah. This prayer was done without an adhan or iqamah, which are two calls to prayer that are usually made prior to salat. This hadith teaches us that even during special occasions such as 'Eid, we should not forget our religious obligations and take time out of our celebrations to remember Allah and thank Him for His blessings.
