Praying Outside of Prescribed Times

SUMMARY: The Prophet (ﷺ) rarely prayed outside of the prescribed times, except for two occasions when he prayed Maghrib and 'Isha' together and offered the morning prayer before its usual time.

Narrated 'Abdullah: I never saw the Prophet offering any prayer not at its stated time except two; he prayed the Maghrib and the 'Isha' together and he offered the morning prayer before its usual time.

QUICK LESSONS:
Pray at its stated time

EXPLANATIONS:
The hadith narrated by Abdullah states that the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ rarely prayed outside of the prescribed times, except for two occasions. On these two occasions, he combined Maghrib and 'Isha' prayers together and offered the morning prayer before its usual time. This hadith teaches us that although it is important to pray at its stated time, there are some exceptions to this rule in certain circumstances. It also shows us how devoted the Prophet was to his faith as he made sure to pray even if it was not at its stated time.
