Take care and look out for those who are weaker than you; Help them in any way you can; Never underestimate anyone regardless their physical or mental strength; Give everyone an opportunity to prove themselves.

This hadith is about how the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ sent Ibn 'Abbas on the night of Al-Muzdalifa as one of the weak members of his family. This shows that even those who are considered to be weaker should not be neglected and should be given an opportunity to prove themselves. It also teaches us that we should always take care and look out for those who are weaker than us and help them in any way we can.
