QUICK LESSONS:
Pray consistently no matter where you are or what you are doing .

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith speaks of the importance of prayer and how it was practiced by the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and his companions. The hadith states that they prayed two rak’ahs in Mina. A rak’ah is a unit of prayer which consists of standing up straight while reciting verses from the Quran followed by bowing down with hands on knees and then prostrating on the ground with forehead touching it. It is important to note that this practice was not only done by Prophet Muhammad but also by Abu Bakr, Umar and Uthman who were all companions of him. This shows us how important prayer was for them as well as how they followed what their leader did without hesitation or doubt. It also teaches us to be consistent in our prayers no matter where we are or what we are doing so that we can stay connected to Allah at all times.
