QUICK LESSONS:
Pray regularly according to Allah's commandment
EXPLANATIONS:
Allah commanded the Prophet Muhammad to pray four rak'ahs when he was at home, two when he was traveling, and one in times of fear. A rak’ah is a unit of prayer that consists of standing up straight with hands raised to ears and reciting certain verses from the Quran followed by bowing down with hands on knees and then prostrating on the ground. This hadith teaches us that prayer is an important part of our faith as Muslims and should be done regularly even if we are busy or scared. We should also remember that Allah knows what is best for us so we should trust Him even if it seems difficult or scary.
