QUICK LESSONS:
Take breaks when needed; Be mindful of how long you are speaking for; Keep your audience engaged & interested .

EXPLANATIONS:
The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ was known for delivering two sermons during his time as a leader of the Muslim community. He would stand up and give a sermon to the people gathered around him. After finishing his first sermon he would then sit down before standing up again to deliver the second one. This shows us that it is important to take breaks in between tasks so that we can stay focused and energized throughout our day. It also teaches us that we should be mindful of how long we are speaking for so that our audience does not become bored or tired from listening too long. Taking breaks can help keep everyone engaged and interested in what is being said.
