QUICK LESSONS:
Perform gusul before attending jummah prayer
EXPLANATIONS:
The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) advised Muslims to perform ghusl, or ritual cleansing, before attending the Friday prayer, known as Jumu’ah. This is a sign of respect for the day and for Allah. It is also a way of showing that we are clean and pure in our hearts when we come to pray. Performing ghusl is an important part of Islamic practice and it helps us stay focused on our prayers by reminding us that we are in the presence of Allah. It also serves as a reminder that we should strive to be clean in all aspects of our lives, both physically and spiritually.
