Be mindful in your prayers , Pay attention to each movement you make while praying , Strive to emulate Prophet Muhammad's example in your prayers .

This hadith speaks about the prayer of Ali bin Abi Talib. It was narrated by Mutarrif bin 'Abdullah that when Ali prayed, he would say a takbir every time he went down and came up in all movements of his prayer.
