EXPLANATIONS:
The hadith narrated by Wa'il bin Hujr describes the proper way to perform prostration in prayer, as demonstrated by the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). When prostrating, one should place their knees on the ground before their hands and when getting up, they should lift their hands before their knees. This is an important part of prayer and it is essential that it is done correctly. It teaches us to take our time and pay attention to details when performing religious duties. It also shows us that we must respect our faith and take it seriously. We must not rush through our prayers but instead take care with each step so that we can get the most out of them spiritually.
