Raising Hands in Prayer

SUMMARY: The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) raised his hands when he started to pray, bowed, and raised his head from bowing and prostration.

It was narrated from Malik bin Al-Huwairith that: When the Prophet of Allah started to pray, he raised his hands, and when he bowed, he did likewise, and when he raised his head from bowing he did likewise, and when he raised his head from prostration, he did likewise, meaning he raised his hands.

QUICK LESSONS:
Raise your hands during prayers
EXPLANATIONS:
The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) taught us the importance of prayer and how to perform it correctly. When we start our prayer, we should raise our hands towards the sky as a sign of humility and submission to Allah. We should also raise our hands when we bow down in prayer, as well as when we raise our heads from bowing or prostration. This is an important part of prayer that shows respect for Allah and demonstrates that we are devoted to Him. It is also a reminder for us to be humble before Him at all times.
