Follow what is written in the Quran; Pray with sincerity; Ask for forgiveness from God; Remember God at all times

This hadith narrates that Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) used to recite a special prayer when he bowed and prostrated during his prayers. This prayer was in accordance with the command of Allah in the Quran. The prayer includes praising Allah, glorifying Him, and asking for forgiveness from Him. This teaches us to always remember Allah when we bow or prostrate during our prayers, as well as to ask for His forgiveness for our sins. It also reminds us of how important it is to follow what is written in the Quran, which contains all of God's commands that we must obey if we want to be successful in this life and hereafter. We should also strive to make sure that our prayers are done with sincerity and humility so that they can be accepted by Allah.
