QUICK LESSONS:
Follow in the footsteps of the prophet by making this sound during your own prayers.

EXPLANATIONS:
The hadith narrated by Al-Bara’ tells us about the prayer rituals of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). During his prayers, the Prophet would make a specific sound known as Jakhkha. This is an important part of Islamic prayer and is meant to help focus on one’s supplications and increase concentration during salah. It also serves as a reminder that one should be humble and sincere in their prayers. Muslims are encouraged to follow in the footsteps of the Prophet Muhammad by making this sound during their own prayers as well.
