Balanced Prayer of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH)

SUMMARY: The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) was known to have a balanced and equal amount of time for bowing, raising his head from bowing, and prostrating.

It was narrated from Al-Bara' bin 'Azib that: The bowing of the Messenger of Allah , and when he raised his head from bowing, and his prostration, and the time between the two prostration, were almost equal in length.
أَخْبَرَنَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ، قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى، عَنِ الْبَرَاءِ بْنِ عَازِبٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ كَانَ رُكُوعُهُ وَإِذَا رَفَعَ رَأْسَهُ مِنَ الرُّكُوعِ وَسُجُودُهُ وَمَا بَيْنَ السَّجْدَتَيْنِ قَرِيبًا مِنَ السَّوَاءِ

EXPLANATIONS:
The hadith narrated by Al-Bara' bin 'Azib speaks about the prayer of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). It is said that when he prayed, he would bow down for an equal amount of time as when he raised his head from bowing and prostrated. This shows us that the Prophet Muhammad was very mindful in his prayer and wanted to ensure that each part was done with balance. He also taught us to be mindful in our prayers so we can get closer to Allah SWT. We should strive to make sure our prayers are done with balance so we can reap its full benefits.
