Sahih al-Bukhari 1632 (Book 25, Hadith 115) #1566
Ritual of Tawaf Around Ka'ba

SUMMARY: The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) performed the ritual of Tawaf around the Ka'ba while riding a camel, and whenever he reached the corner with the Black Stone, he would point to it and say "Allahu-Akbar".

Narrated Ibn 'Abbas: Allah's Messenger performed Tawaf (of the Ka'ba) riding a camel (at that time the Prophet had a foot injury). Whenever he came to the Corner (having the Black Stone) he would point out towards it with a thing in his hand and say, "Allahu-Akbar".

QUICK LESSONS:
Perform your rituals according to Sunnah of Prophet Muhammedﷺ
EXPLANATIONS:
The hadith narrated by Ibn 'Abbas tells us about a ritual that Prophet Muhammad ﷺ used to perform. This ritual is known as Tawaf which involves going around the Ka’ba seven times in an anti-clockwise direction. During this ritual, when Prophet Muhammad ﷺ reached a corner with a black stone, he would point towards it and say “Allahu Akbar” which means “God is Greatest”. This hadith teaches us that we should always remember God during our rituals and show respect for His house. We should also strive to perform our rituals in accordance with what was done by Prophet Muhammad ﷺ so that we can gain blessings from God Almighty.
