EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the importance of prayer in Islam. It was narrated by 'Aishah that the Messenger of Allah often used to say a special prayer when bowing and prostrating during his prayers. This prayer was "Subhanaka Rabbana wa bi Hamdika, Allahumm aghfirli" which translates to "Glory and praise be to You, our Lord. O Allah, forgive me". This hadith teaches us that we should always remember God in our prayers and ask for His forgiveness as well as praising Him for all His blessings. It also shows us the importance of humility before God, as we should always be humble in our prayers no matter what situation we are in or how much success we have achieved.
