Praising Allah with Blessings

SUMMARY: The Prophet ﷺ praised a man for saying a prayer of praise to Allah and said that thirty-odd angels had hastened to take it up.

It was narrated from Mu'adh bin Rifa'ah bin Rafi' that : His father said: "I prayed behind the Prophet and I sneezed and said: 'Al-hamdu lillahi, hamdan kathiran tayiban mubarakan fih, mubarakan'alaihi, kama yuhibbu rabbuna wa yarda (Praise be to Allah, much good and blessed praise as our Lord loves and is pleased with)' When he finished praying, the Messenger of Allah said: 'Who is the one who spoke during the prayer?' But no one said anything. Then he said it a second time: 'Who is the one who spoke during the prayer?' So Rifa'ah bin Rafi bin Afrah said: 'It was me, O Messenger of Allah'. He said: 'I said: "Praise be to Allah, much good and blessed praise as our Lord loves and is pleased with'." The Prophet said: 'By the One in Whose hand is my soul, thirty-odd angels hastened to see which of them would take it up'."

QUICK LESSONS:
Always remember your Lord in all you do by praising Him with blessings .
EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about praising Allah with blessings. It was narrated from Mu’adh bin Rifa’ah bin Rafi’ that his father said he prayed behind the Prophet and sneezed and said “Al-hamdu lillahi, hamdan kathiran tayiban mubarakan fih, mubarakan alaihi kama yuhibbu rabbuna wa yarda” which translates to “Praise be to Allah much good and blessed praise as our Lord loves and is pleased with.” When the Prophet finished praying he asked who spoke during the prayer but no one answered. He asked again and this time Rifa’ah bin Rafi bin Afrah answered that it was him. The Prophet praised him for saying such a prayer of praise to Allah then said that thirty-odd angels had hastened to take it up. This shows us how important it is for us as Muslims to always remember our Lord in all we do by praising Him with blessings as He loves and is pleased with them. We should also remember that when we do so there are angels who are eager to take up our prayers of praise too!
