EXPLANATIONS:
The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ was known to perform a ritual called Tawaf around the Ka'ba in Mecca. This ritual involved walking around the Ka'ba seven times while reciting prayers. During the first three rounds he would do so with a quick pace called Ramal. In the last four rounds he would walk at a normal pace and run between Safa and Marwa which are two hills located near each other in Mecca. This ritual is still practiced today by Muslims all over the world as part of their pilgrimage to Mecca known as Hajj or Umrah. It is an important part of Islamic faith that serves as an act of worship towards Allah SWT and symbolizes unity among Muslims worldwide.
