Perform rituals according to Islamic teachings when performing Hajj or Umrah .

This hadith is about the rituals that Prophet Muhammad ﷺ used to perform during Hajj or 'Umra. He would start by doing a ritual called Tawaf, which involves walking around the Ka’ba seven times in an anti-clockwise direction. During the first three rounds he would do this with vigor, known as Ramal, while for the last four rounds he would walk normally. After completing this ritual he would offer two rak’ats of prayer before finally performing another ritual called Sa’y which involves walking seven times between two hills known as Safa and Marwa. These rituals are important for Muslims who wish to complete their pilgrimage to Mecca in accordance with Islamic teachings.
