QUICK LESSONS:
Pay attention to your posture during prayer and be mindful while performing it correctly without rushing through it .

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith describes the prayer ritual of the Prophet Muhammad. It states that when he started to pray, he would raise his hands up until they were parallel with the top of his ears. When bowing down in prayer, he would also raise his hands up until they were parallel with the top of his ears. When raising himself back up from bowing, again he would raise his hands until they were parallel with the top of his ears. This shows us that it was important for him to keep a certain posture during prayer and to be mindful of how we are presenting ourselves before Allah in our prayers. It also teaches us that we should take care in performing our prayers correctly and not rush through them without paying attention to our postures or movements.
