QUICK LESSONS:
Prioritize eating over praying if both are ready at the same time

EXPLANATIONS:
The Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, taught us that when it comes to deciding between having dinner and praying, we should prioritize having dinner first. This is because food is essential for our health and wellbeing, while prayer can wait until after we have eaten. This hadith teaches us the importance of taking care of our physical needs before attending to spiritual matters. It also reminds us that Allah has given us permission to enjoy life’s pleasures in moderation and not neglect them completely in favor of religious obligations. We should strive for a balance between fulfilling our worldly duties and spiritual ones so that we can live a healthy life both physically and spiritually.
