Praying on the Day of Conquest

SUMMARY: The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) prayed on the day of Conquest of Makkah and placed his sandals to his left.

It was narrated from Abdullah bin As Saib that the Messenger of Allah prayed on the day of Conquest (of Makkah), and he put his sandals to his left.
أَخْبَرَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، وَشُعَيْبُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ، عَنْ يَحْيَى، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبَّادٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ السَّائِبِ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى يَوْمَ الْفَتْحِ فَوَضَعَ نَعْلَيْهِ عَنْ يَسَارِهِ

EXPLANATIONS:
On the day of Conquest, Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) demonstrated an important lesson in humility and reverence for Allah by praying with his sandals placed to his left. This act was a sign that he was not only humble before Allah but also that he respected the sanctity of prayer. He showed us that we should always be mindful and respectful when engaging in prayer, no matter how big or small our accomplishments may be. We should always remember to thank Allah for His blessings and show Him respect through our actions.
