Forgiveness of the Mu'adhdhin

SUMMARY: The Mu'adhdhin (the one who calls for prayer) will be forgiven for his actions as far as his voice reaches, and all things in the world will bear witness to him.

It was narrated from Abu Hurairah, who heard it from the mouth of the Messenger of Allah (S.A.W): "The Mu'adhdhin will be forgiven as far as his voice reaches, and every wet and dry thing will bear witness for him".
أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مَسْعُودٍ، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الأَعْلَى، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ، - يَعْنِي ابْنَ زُرَيْعٍ - قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ أَبِي عُثْمَانَ، عَنْ أَبِي يَحْيَى، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، سَمِعَهُ مِنْ، فَمِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ يَقُولُ ‏ "‏ الْمُؤَذِّنُ يُغْفَرُ لَهُ بِمَدِّ صَوْتِهِ وَيَشْهَدُ لَهُ كُلُّ رَطْبٍ وَيَابِسٍ

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith speaks about how those who call out for prayer, known as a Mu’adhdhin, will be forgiven by Allah for their actions. It is said that this forgiveness extends to wherever their voice can reach and that all things in this world - wet or dry - will bear witness to them on Judgment Day. This hadith teaches us that we should strive to do good deeds so that we can receive forgiveness from Allah and also reminds us of our accountability on Judgment Day when everything we have done in our lives will be judged by Him.
