QUICK LESSONS:
Eat & Drink moderately until Bilal calls out the adhan at night

EXPLANATIONS:
The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ taught us that we should eat and drink until Bilal calls the adhan at night, which is a call to prayer for Muslims. This means that we should not rush our meals or snacks but take our time to enjoy them before going to bed. In the morning, Ibn Umm Maktoom will call out another adhan which signals that it is time for us to stop eating and drinking so we can start our day with a clean slate. This hadith teaches us about moderation in all aspects of life including food consumption as well as being mindful of when it's time to stop eating or drinking so that we can focus on other important tasks throughout our day.
