Praying Salah Together in Times of Peace

SUMMARY: The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) prayed Zuhr and 'Asr together, and Maghrib and 'Isha' together when there was no fear or travel.

It was narrated that Ibn 'Abbas said: "The Messenger of Allah prayed Zuhr and 'Asr together, and Maghrib and 'Isha' together, when there was no fear and he was not traveling".
أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ صَلَّى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ الظُّهْرَ وَالْعَصْرَ جَمِيعًا وَالْمَغْرِبَ وَالْعِشَاءَ جَمِيعًا مِنْ غَيْرِ خَوْفٍ وَلاَ سَفَرٍ

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith speaks about the importance of prayer in Islam. It is narrated that the Prophet Muhammad PBUH prayed Zuhr and 'Asr together, as well as Maghrib and 'Isha' together when there was no fear or travel. This shows us that prayer is an important part of our faith, even during times of peace. We should strive to pray regularly, even if we are not travelling or feeling scared. By doing this we can show our devotion to Allah SWT and strengthen our relationship with Him.
