Praying at High Noon

SUMMARY: The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) used to lead the people in prayer when the sun was still high.

It was narrated that Anas bin Malik said: "The Messenger of Allah used to lead us in 'Asr prayer when the sun was still bright and high".
أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ رِبْعِيِّ بْنِ حِرَاشٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الأَبْيَضِ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، قَالَ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ يُصَلِّي بِنَا الْعَصْرَ وَالشَّمْسُ بَيْضَاءُ مُحَلِّقَةٌ
