Prayer Times of the Prophet ﷺ

SUMMARY: The Prophet ﷺ prayed Zuhr in Al-Madinah with four Rak'ahs and 'Asr in Dhul-Hulaifah with two Rak'ahs.

It was narrated from Anas bin Malik that the Prophet prayed Zuhr in Al-Madinah, four Rak'ahs, and he prayed 'Asr in Dhul-Hulaifah, two Rak'ahs.
أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ أَبِي قِلاَبَةَ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى الظُّهْرَ بِالْمَدِينَةِ أَرْبَعًا وَصَلَّى الْعَصْرَ بِذِي الْحُلَيْفَةِ رَكْعَتَيْنِ

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the prayer times of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. It was narrated by Anas bin Malik that the Prophet ﷺ prayed Zuhr in Al-Madinah, four Rak'ahs, and he prayed 'Asr in Dhul-Hulaifah, two Rak'ahs. This hadith teaches us that we should be mindful of our prayer times and strive to pray on time as it was done by the beloved prophet ﷺ. We should also take into account our location when praying as different places have different timings for prayers. Furthermore, this hadith also teaches us to be consistent with our prayers and not miss any of them even if we are travelling or living away from home.
