Take a bath after menstruation ends , Respect all genders , Strive for physical & spiritual cleanliness .

This hadith speaks about the importance of cleanliness in Islam. During the time of menstruation, women are not allowed to pray as it is considered impure. However, once the period is over they must take a bath and wash away any traces of blood before they can resume their prayers. This hadith also emphasizes on the importance of hygiene and cleanliness in Islam as it is an essential part of faith for Muslims.
