This hadith explains how the Prophet Muhammad performed Ghusl for Janabah. It is a ritualistic cleansing process that is done after sexual intercourse or any other form of impurity. The process involves washing one's hands 3x, pouring water with the right hand onto the left 3x to cleanse oneself from impurities, rinsing one's mouth 3x, nose 3x, face & hands 3x and finally pouring water over one's head & body 3x.
