EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith, narrated by Abu Hurairah, teaches us that it is not permissible to perform ghusl in standing water when one is junub. Ghusl refers to the ritual washing of the body with water and it must be done according to certain conditions and rules. One of these rules states that a person who is junub cannot perform ghusl in standing water. This means that if a person has become impure due to sexual intercourse or any other reason, they must use running water for their ghusl instead of using standing water such as a pond or lake. This hadith reminds us of the importance of following Islamic teachings and laws even when performing simple acts such as taking a bath or showering.
