This hadith is about the ritual of ablution, or ghusl, which is an important part of Islamic practice. It was narrated from Qais bin 'Asim that he accepted Islam, and the Prophet commanded him to perform ghusl with water and lotus leaves. This means that when a person converts to Islam, they must perform this ritual in order to be considered a true Muslim.
