The Importance of Wudu

SUMMARY: Washing each part of the body three times during wudu is attributed to the Prophet.

Al-Muttalib bin 'Abdullah bin Hantab (narrated) that 'Abdullah bin 'Umar performed Wudu', washing each part of the body three times, and he attributed that to the Prophet .
أَخْبَرَنَا سُوَيْدُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ، قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ، قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا الأَوْزَاعِيُّ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي الْمُطَّلِبُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ حَنْطَبٍ، أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ، تَوَضَّأَ ثَلاَثًا ثَلاَثًا يُسْنِدُ ذَلِكَ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ
