The Uniqueness of Allah

SUMMARY: Allah does not need a partner and will abandon anyone who associates someone else with Him.

Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger as stating that Allah the Most High and Exalted said: I am the One, One Who does not stand in need of a partner. If anyone does anything in which he associates anyone else with Me, I shall abandon him with one whom he associates with Allah.

Worship and revere one god without any partners or associates .

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith speaks to the uniqueness of Allah, the Most High and Exalted. It is reported by Abu Huraira that Allah said He does not need a partner or associate. If anyone associates someone else with Him, He will abandon them with whom they associated Him. This hadith teaches us that we should only worship and revere one God, without any partners or associates. We should never try to associate anything or anyone else with God as this is considered a major sin in Islam. We must remember that only God can provide us with guidance and protection, so it is important to stay devoted to Him alone.
