Be generous in your giving; Pay your dues such as zakah or charity etc.; Do what is right despite difficulty or unpopular opinion; Have piety/God-consciousness/Fear of God/Taqwa .

This hadith is about the importance of paying zakat. It was narrated by Abu Huraira that Abu Bakr and Umar were discussing the issue of zakat and how important it was to pay it. Abu Bakr expressed his willingness to fight for it if people withheld even a young goat which they used to pay during the lifetime of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. Umar then acknowledged that Allah opened up Abu Bakr's chest towards this decision as he knew that his decision was right. This hadith teaches us that we should always be willing to do what is right even if it means going against popular opinion or facing difficulty in doing so. We should also be generous in our giving and not withhold any amount due from us when paying our dues such as zakat or charity etc., as this is an act pleasing to Allah SWT.
