QUICK LESSONS:
Be honest and sincere in your dealings with others at all times.

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith talks about the worst kind of people, those who are two faced. They act differently with different people, pretending to be someone they are not. This is a form of deceit and hypocrisy which is highly discouraged in Islam as it goes against the values of honesty and sincerity. It also goes against good character or akhlaq which Muslims should strive to uphold in their daily lives. Such behavior can lead to mistrust between individuals and communities, so it is important for us to be honest and sincere in our dealings with others at all times.
