Rewards of Charity

SUMMARY: Charity given by a woman will be rewarded to her, her husband and the storekeeper.

Narrated 'Aisha: Allah's Messenger said, "When a woman gives in charity some of the foodstuff (which she has in her house) without spoiling it, she will receive the reward for what she has spent, and her husband will receive the reward because of his earning, and the storekeeper will also have a reward similar to it. The reward of one will not decrease the reward of the others ".

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the rewards of charity. It was narrated by 'Aisha that Allah's Messenger said that when a woman gives in charity some of the foodstuff from her house without spoiling it, she will receive reward for what she has spent, and her husband will also receive reward because of his earnings, and the storekeeper will also have a reward similar to it. The rewards are not decreased for any one person due to another person receiving their own reward. This hadith teaches us that giving in charity is an act of great virtue and those who give in charity are rewarded greatly for their generosity. It also teaches us that even if someone else benefits from our good deeds, we still get our own rewards as well.
