EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith from Allah's Apostle teaches us that true strength does not come from physical prowess, but rather from our ability to control ourselves when we are feeling angry or upset. It is easy to become overwhelmed by our emotions and lash out at those around us, but this hadith reminds us that it takes real strength to remain calm and collected even when we feel like lashing out. By controlling our emotions, we can show respect for others and maintain peace in any situation.
