Pay charity even when you have a small amount at your disposal. Help those who are deprived of basic necessities with whatever you can offer them.

This hadith explains the rules of charity in Islam. According to this hadith, there is no obligation to pay charity or zakat if the amount of property or money is less than five uqiyas of silver coins or if the number of camels or wasqs is less than five. A wasq equals 60 sa's and one sa equals three kilograms approximately. This hadith teaches us that we should be generous with our wealth even when it comes to small amounts as it will be rewarded by Allah SWT in the hereafter. It also encourages us to help those who are in need even if we have a small amount at our disposal as every bit counts for those who are deprived of basic necessities.
