Respect authority figures even if you don't agree with them at times , Be humble when given positions or roles in life which require responsibility , Be loyal towards those close to you .

This hadith is about how the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) appointed Usama b. Zaid as the leader of an expedition despite people's objections to his command. The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) stood up and said that before this, they had objected to the command of his father, Zaid, but he was fit for the role and was one of his dearest companions. He then went on to say that after him, Usama is also one of his dearest companions and is fit for this role too.
