EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith, narrated by 'Ubaidullah, explains that it is forbidden to say supplications or prayers over the hypocrites who have died. The term hypocrite refers to someone who pretends to be a believer but does not actually practice what they preach. In this case, it is not permissible for Muslims to offer their prayers for these people after they have passed away. Instead, one should abandon saying prayer over them and instead focus on praying for those who are true believers in Allah and His teachings. This hadith teaches us that we should be careful of our actions and words as we will be held accountable for them in the afterlife. We should strive to live our lives according to Islamic teachings so that we can receive Allah's mercy and blessings in the hereafter.
