QUICK LESSONS:
Make decisions based on faith and religion

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the three occasions when Allah agreed with the decisions made by Umar. The first occasion was in regards to the Station of Ibrahim. This refers to a place where Prophet Abraham stood while he was building the Kaaba in Mecca. The second occasion was regarding the observance of veil or hijab which is a religious practice for Muslim women to cover their bodies and hair when they are outside their homes. Lastly, it talks about prisoners taken from Battle of Badr which was an important battle between Muslims and non-Muslims during Prophet Muhammad's time. From this hadith we learn that if we make decisions based on our faith and religion then Allah will agree with us even if it goes against what other people think or do. We should always strive to make decisions that are pleasing to God so that He can be pleased with us too!
