The Power of Speech

SUMMARY: Speak good or remain silent if you believe in Allah and the Hereafter.

This hadith has been transmitted on the authority of Qatada.
حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ حَبِيبٍ الْحَارِثِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ الْحَارِثِ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ، بْنُ بَشَّارٍ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي عَدِيٍّ، كِلاَهُمَا عَنْ هِشَامٍ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا عَاصِمُ بْنُ النَّضْرِ التَّيْمِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا مُعْتَمِرٌ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبِي قَالاَ، جَمِيعًا حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، بِهَذِهِ الْقِصَّةِ
