The Truth of the Prophet's Teachings

SUMMARY: This hadith is about the Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) reminding people that his teachings were true and that Allah's words are also true.

Narrated 'Aisha: The Prophet said, "They now realize that what I used to tell them was the truth".And Allah said, 'Verily! You cannot make the dead to hear (ie benefit them, and similarly the disbelievers) nor can you make the deaf hear. (27:80).
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ـ رضى الله عنها ـ قَالَتْ إِنَّمَا قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ‏"‏ إِنَّهُمْ لَيَعْلَمُونَ الآنَ أَنَّ مَا كُنْتُ أَقُولُ حَقٌّ وَقَدْ قَالَ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى ‏{‏إِنَّكَ لاَ تُسْمِعُ الْمَوْتَى‏}‏‏"‏

EXPLANATIONS:
In this hadith narrated by Aisha, the Prophet Muhammad reminds people that his teachings were true. He also reminds them of Allah's words in (27:80) Surah Al-Naml verse 80 which states that you cannot make the dead hear nor can you make the deaf hear. This hadith teaches us to trust in Allah and His Messenger and to believe in their teachings even if we don't understand them at first. It also teaches us to be patient with those who do not believe or understand our faith as they may come around eventually.
