Show patience & understanding when dealing with your kids; Be kind & merciful towards them; Praise them for their good deeds; Encourage them whenever possible; Spend quality time with them regularly; Teach them Islamic values & morals etc..

This hadith speaks about the importance of showing mercy and kindness towards one’s children, as it is a reflection of the mercy that will be shown to us by Allah in return. It was narrated by Abu Huraira, who reported that al-Aqra' b. Habis saw Allah's Apostle kissing his son Hasan, which prompted him to comment on how he had never kissed any of his own ten children before this moment. In response, Allah’s Messenger said “He who does not show mercy towards his children, no mercy would be shown to him” - emphasizing the importance of being kind and merciful with our own offspring in order for us to receive such treatment from God in return. This hadith teaches us an important lesson about parenting - we should always strive for patience and understanding when dealing with our kids so we can reap its rewards both here on Earth and in the hereafter!
