Take good care of women, horses & abodes

This hadith teaches us that bad luck can be found in three things - woman, horse and abode. It is important to note that this does not mean that these are inherently bad or unlucky; rather, it means that they can bring about bad luck if not taken care of properly. For example, a woman who is not treated with respect or kindness may bring about misfortune for her family; a horse which is neglected may cause accidents; and an abode which is not maintained properly may lead to financial losses due to damage caused by weather or pests. Therefore, it is important for us to take good care of these three things so as to avoid any potential misfortune associated with them.
