EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about how Prophet Muhammad ﷺ healed Sa'd b. Mu'adh's injury using cauterization with a rod when he was wounded by an arrow in his vein. The hadith shows us that even though medical treatments were not as advanced during this time, there were still ways to treat wounds and injuries effectively and efficiently through natural means such as cauterization which is still used today in some cases for healing purposes. It also teaches us that we should always seek help from those who are knowledgeable and experienced when we are faced with any kind of medical issue or problem so that we can be sure to receive proper treatment and care for our ailments or injuries quickly and safely without any further complications arising from them later on down the line. Lastly, this hadith also serves as an example of how much compassion Prophet Muhammad ﷺ showed towards others even if they weren't necessarily close friends or family members; he treated everyone equally regardless of their social status or background which is something all Muslims should strive to emulate in their own lives today too!
