Ask for permission before entering any space

This hadith highlights the importance of seeking permission before entering a place. It was narrated by Sahl b. Sa'd as-Sa'id that someone peeped through the door of Prophet Muhammad's house and saw him with a scratching instrument in his hand, scratching his head. When Prophet Muhammad noticed this person, he said that if he had known earlier that the person was peeping through the door, he would have thrust it into his eyes. He then went on to explain that seeking permission is necessary for protection against unwanted glances or stares from others. This hadith teaches us to be respectful and courteous when we enter someone else's space and not intrude without their consent or knowledge first. We should always ask for permission before entering any place so we can protect ourselves from being seen by people who do not want us there in the first place. Additionally, this hadith also teaches us about respecting other people's privacy and boundaries which are essential values in any society or culture today.
