The Virtue of Generosity

SUMMARY: This hadith emphasizes the importance of being generous and kind to others.

This hadith has been transmitted on the authority of Jabir also.
وَحَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرِو بْنِ جَبَلَةَ بْنِ أَبِي رَوَّادٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْجَوَّابِ، حَدَّثَنَا عَمَّارٌ، - وَهْوَ ابْنُ رُزَيْقٍ - عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، ح وَحَدَّثَنِي سَلَمَةُ بْنُ شَبِيبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ أَعْيَنَ، حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ، حَدَّثَنَا الأَعْمَشُ، عَنْ شَقِيقٍ، عَنْ أَبِي مَسْعُودٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ وَعَنِ الأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، بِهَذَا الْحَدِيثِ
