Drinking Water from Zamzam

SUMMARY: The Prophet drank water from Zamzam while standing.

Ibn 'Abbas reported that Allah's Messenger drank (water) from Zamzam in a bucket while he was standing.
وَحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ نُمَيْرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَاصِمٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ شَرِبَ مِنْ زَمْزَمَ مِنْ دَلْوٍ مِنْهَا وَهُوَ قَائِمٌ
