Prohibiting the Preparation of Nabidh in Certain Containers

SUMMARY: The Prophet Muhammad forbade the preparation of Nabidh in certain containers.

'A'isha reported Allah's Messenger forbidding (the preparation of Nabidh) in varnished jar, green pitcher, gourd, and hollow stump,
وَحَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ سُوَيْدٍ، عَنْ مُعَاذَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ عَنِ الدُّبَّاءِ وَالْحَنْتَمِ وَالنَّقِيرِ وَالْمُزَفَّتِ
